A new co-working space, Second Home Holland Park, is now available to all individuals and businesses looking for a proper office setup in a beautiful and creative setting.
Just a 6-minute walk to Holland Park Underground station on the Central Line and a 15-minute walk to Notting Hill station, Second Home is housed in a tranquil light and plant-filled building with innovative and sustainable architecture that features vaulted ceilings, skylights that stream sun throughout the space, making it a calm and beautiful place to work.
Second Home is fully committed to supporting entrepreneurship in this location and its others around the world and prides itself on being 100% green. They use innovative tech to reduce energy use and they recycle and reuse materials when building Second Home locations. They also support charities and not-for-profits in becoming part of the Second Home community, and run community outreach programme – such as the migrant literacy programme Libreria Language Labs – to support underserved communities.
And their space absolutely benefits their members! 98% of members, so far, have collaborated with each other on new projects and ideas. 98% also say that they’re more creative now that they’re at Seecond Home, whilst 90% say that Second Home Holland Park’s unique design is why they love working there. 90% of members say that they love coming to work every day – that’s a very happy lot of workers!
There are three types of memberships on offer.
A studio offers a private, plant-filled office full of natural light; the size of a studio can range from 4 to 104 desks. This type of membership is ideal for those with different-sized teams, including businesses working in a hybrid model.
A resident membership offers a permanent desk that users can call their own. At Second Home Holland Park, this membership costs from £575 per month.
A day pass means you can drop in for the day. This is priced at £35 per day, although if you buy a bundle of 5 or 10 day passes, this can reduce to £30 or £25 per day.
A very wide range of amenities is on offer for all those working at Second Home Holland Park.
There’s fibre-optic broadband, unlimited printing, phone booths, breakout spaces, and access to 11 meeting rooms. Users and businesses can use Second Home as a mailing or registered address, should they need to. The space is dog friendly – who doesn’t benefit from an office pup?! – and there’s also bike parking on site. Second Home also offers a generous guest policy, and you’ll also have monthly access to 5 international Second Home locations.
During downtime, you can enjoy free organic tea and coffee from Ozone Roasters, or grab something from the on-site cafe, La Despensa. You can also take advantage of a 10% discount in the bookshop, Libreria. And if you need to freshen up, there are showers with Malin & Goetz products.
If you need a little extra space for a special event, the rooftop bar, workshop space, cafe, bookshop and auditorium are all available for private hire.
There are community benefits to joining Second Home too. There is free and unlimited access to all Second Home Holland Park cultural events, plus weekly networking events, and a wellness programme (think yoga, meditation and boxing) too.
